I recently received an email about a medication for high blood pressure called Crestor® from a friend. He is currently on a long term treatment program that he is going through. He’s been prescribed Crestor in his local pharmacy. He also is taking it for a short time and is hoping to start feeling better. He’s been doing fine on Crestor. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with it. I am curious about the potential side effects. The most common side effects are headache, stuffy or runny nose, diarrhea, flushing, sore throat, abdominal pain, back pain, muscle aches, weakness, dizziness, ringing in the ears, rashes, stuffy nose, fever, joint pain, flu symptoms, swelling in the legs, hands, feet, ankles, and feet, sore throat, muscle aches, back pain, swelling or muscle weakness, pain at the injection site, pain and/or tenderness, nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea. These are the most common side effects and are usually mild.
